OK, so I tried booking a flight over the phone with United Airlines. Normally I'd do it on the computer but since I'm booking for Olivia to go visit my family this summer I had to talk to a person. Well, I'm not sure this was an actual person or any other intelligent being. The flamboyant voice kept me on the phone for 30 minutes, putting me on hold constantly because of his lack of knowledge, telling me my name and Adam's name was "beauuutiful" and then in the end told me that his computer was down and that he couldn't book my flight. There was no reference number available for me to call back at a later time. I had been very patient up until that time and I lost it! I told him how he had wasted my time, that his lack of knowledge equated his worthlessness and that he should tell his supervisor just how worthless he was. Then I hung up. I'm a jerk, but I'm still mad, so I don't feel bad yet. Adam's laughing in the kitchen.
